Hello and welcome to Belle and Birdy! My name is Erin and I am a designer/maker based in Stirling, Scotland. I studied at the Glasgow School of Art and graduated with a BA(Hons) Degree in Silver Smithing and Jewellery Design. After graduation I worked as a catering manager for a few years and then went on to train as a bookbinder. During this time I still continued to make and design jewellery but it was very much a part time venture.

Since relocating to Stirling I now have time to really concentrate on making again. My work is heavily influenced by nature (you’ll see a lot of birds and butterflies), films, books, art and vintage design. If you check out my site you’ll see I’m very fond of creating themed pieces such as Alice in Wonderland and the Wizard of Oz.
